David Maislish practices in the areas of corporate finance and commercial law. He has represented clients in the financing and Stock Exchange flotation of both UK and foreign companies in London. Mr. Maislish has also worked on mergers and acquisitions, business and asset sales and purchases, commercial negotiations and agreements, and commercial litigation for companies from all over the world, representing clients from a variety of industries, including newspaper groups, manufacturing, publishing, oil & gas and service industries.
