Eric D. Frank is a litigator and concentrates his practice in the areas of gaming and regulatory matters. Mr. Frank has represented various clients in connection with the gaming licensing process primarily in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, as well as across the United States and internationally. He has also represented casino operators and other gaming-related clients in litigation, bankruptcy and administrative matters.
Mr. Frank also focuses his practice on commercial litigation. He has experience representing clients in environmental litigation, public bidding and contracting matters, and general commercial disputes.
Mr. Frank is a member of the Casino Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association and is an author for the firm's Gaming Law Blog.
Mr. Frank is a 2008 graduate of Rutgers University School of Law, where he was a member of the Rutgers Camden Journal of Law & Religion and a member of the Hunter Moot Court, and where he served as a teaching assistant in Professional Responsibility. He graduated from the University of Michigan with a bachelor's degree in political science with a minor in U.S. history in 2001. In his prior career, Mr. Frank served as a political strategist in California, Michigan, Florida, New York and New Jersey.

- Represented the effective owners of the Atlantic Club Casino Hotel in obtaining a dissolution of an ex parte temporary restraining order (TRO) concerning a Membership Interest Purchase Agreement involving an entity affiliated with a company that does business as PokerStars.
- Represented Sportech PLC in the acquisition of eBet Online Inc. by its wholly-owned subsidiary, Sportech, Inc.
- Represented a New Jersey pro bono client in successfully obtaining a birth certificate, after overcoming a variety of legal and bureaucratic challenges.
