Homer L. Elliott practices in the areas of employee benefits law and taxation.
He is a member of the Employee Benefits Committee and is the former chair of the Annual Report Committee of the Taxation Section of the American Bar Association. He is also a member of the Pennsylvania, Virginia State and Philadelphia bar associations and The District of Columbia Bar.
Mr. Elliott is a 1969 graduate of the College of William and Mary, Marshall-Wythe School of Law and a graduate of Indiana University.
