Jarret P. Hitchings practices in the area of commercial finance, financial restructuring, and business bankruptcy. Mr. Hitchings has represented agents, lenders and borrowers in financial transactions, including restructurings, and has experience in bankruptcy and commercial litigation, including representation of debtors, appointed committees and liquidating agents.
Mr. Hitchings is a 2010 magna cum laude graduate of Villanova University School of Law, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif, and a graduate of Pennsylvania State University.

- Represented purchaser and its joint venture partners in securing the highest bid for purchase of Montana resort, which has filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy.
- Represented administrative and collateral agent in $60 million first lien secured credit facility.
- Delaware counsel to borrowers in numerous secured credit transactions.
- Represented Tenant-In-Common investors in chapter 11 restructuring of commercial real estate interests.
- Assisted in chapter 11 representation of electric power plant in chapter 11 restructuring through sale of assets.
- Represented Liquidating Agent in prosecution of avoidance actions for the benefit of receivership estate.
- Assisted in restructuring efforts and ultimate chapter 11 filings, including first day motions, of credit card processing company.
