Jason M. Horst practices in the area of litigation, representing businesses, individuals and governmental agencies in complex civil litigation and appellate matters in cases involving commercial contracts, professional responsibility, technology, antitrust and trust disputes.

Mr. Horst is a 2006 magna cum laude graduate of the University of San Francisco School of Law, where he was comments editor of the USF Law Review and a member of the McAuliffe Honor Society, and a graduate, with honors in Sociology, of Brandeis University.
