He has defended numerous preference and fraudulent transfer actions, and represented plaintiffs in breach of contract, turnover, and fraud actions in adversary proceedings before the bankruptcy court. Mr. Kahane is a graduate of the University of California at Los Angeles School of Law, where he was editor-in-chief and Chief Technology Editor of the UCLA Journal of Law and Technology, and a cum laude graduate of California State University at Northridge.
