Jessica Arlauckas Bohl practices in the area of litigation, with a concentration in insurance coverage counseling and litigation. She has handled matters in various lines, including general liability, professional liability, environmental liability and excess liability. Through her experience representing and advising insurers, Ms. Bohl has gained experience in many areas of law, including professional liability for architects, construction defect, asbestos, violations of housing code and environmental laws such as the Clean Water Act. Ms. Bohl handles all aspects of insurance coverage litigation, including-coverage, bad faith, subrogation and contribution.
