Jess R. Booth is a litigator who represents domestic and international clients in a variety of commercial, trade secret, employment, and insurance litigation in state and federal courts across the United States. Mr. Booth has represented a broad range of clients, including banks, manufacturers, pharmaceutical trial providers, magazine publishers, sporting goods companies, food service providers, and trust fiduciaries. In addition, he has represented domestic and international insurers in complex coverage disputes involving comprehensive general liability, directors and officers, and first-party property policies. Mr. Booth draws on his breadth of experience gained from working on a variety of matters to provide clients with efficient, effective, and creative solutions to their legal issues.

In 2013, Mr. Booth was named a "Rising Star" in Northern California Super Lawyers magazine.

Mr. Booth has been admitted pro hac vice in cases pending in Arizona, Colorado, Oregon, Missouri, and Washington.

Mr. Booth is a cum laude graduate of the University of San Francisco School of Law, where he was a comments editor for the Law Review, an associate managing editor for the U.S.F. Maritime Law Journal, winner of two CALI Awards in Constitutional Law and Federal Income Tax and a member of the McAuliffe Honor Society. He is a graduate of the University of California at Santa Barbara.
