Michael J. Hogan practices in the areas of construction and public contract law and has nearly three decades of experience in those areas. Mr. Hogan has been involved in drafting and negotiation of construction contracts, advising on public procurements, construction litigation and representation of clients in significant commercial and public contract claims and disputes in commercial settings, administrative forums and courts.
Mr. Hogan has been certified as an Accredited Professional under the LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Green Building Rating System.
Mr. Hogan is a 1976 graduate of Marquette University and a graduate of the University of Delaware.
