Phillip Chong practices in the area of litigation. Mr. Chong is a 2012 graduate of George Mason University School of Law and a graduate of Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, where he received a B.A. in Political Science, summa cum laude, and a B.S. in Agricultural and Applied Economics, summa cum laude. Mr. Chong was awarded a 2008-2009 Fulbright grant to South Korea. He is proficient in Korean.
