Sara J. Bass practices in the area of employment law and litigation. Ms. Bass' experience includes FLSA wage-and-hour disputes, as well as pregnancy, race, sex, age, national origin, disability, religious discrimination, retaliation, and wage-and-hour claims. She also advises employers on litigation prevention, terminations, severance and noncompete agreements, EEOC investigations, and Title VII and ADA compliance.
Ms. Bass is a 2004 graduate, with honors, of the University of North Carolina School of Law, where she was a member of the Journal of International Law and Commercial Regulation, and a graduate, with honors and distinction, of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
