Tausha A. Wagner practices in the area of real estate, corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, banking and consumer lending law. Ms. Wagner handles foreclosure matters for secured lenders and special servicers involving mortgage backed securities. She also assists with transactional real estate issues such discounted payoffs, note sales, purchase and sale agreements, modifications and other agreements related to the disposition of real property. Ms. Wagner's practice includes advising clients on matters related to consumer lending with a focus on consumer protection laws such as federal truth in lending, educational loans and consumer credit card regulations. In addition she assists clients with governmental licensing and guidelines, corporate compliance and business regulatory filings. Ms. Wagner has more than a decade of experience in the banking and financial services industry, including several years as general counsel for a multistate indirect consumer auto lender.
Ms. Wagner is a 2001 graduate of Santa Clara University School of Law and a graduate of the University of San Francisco.
