Thomas J. Tumola concentrates his practice in the areas of business, corporate, employee benefits, maritime commercial and consumer law.
He is a member of the Business Law Section and Administrative Practice Committee of the Taxation Section of the American Bar Association, the Corporation, Banking and Business Law and Tax Law sections of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Consumer Financial Services Committee of the Business Law Section and the Tax Section of the Philadelphia Bar Association. Mr. Tumola is also a member of the Philadelphia Maritime Society.
A former judicial clerk to the Honorable Harry E. Kalodner of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, he is a 1966 graduate of Villanova University School of Law and a graduate of Villanova University.
Representative Matters
- Counsel to the Pilots' Association for the Bay & River Delaware in its acquisition of a Vessel Traffic System (VTS). The VTS is a state of the art radar and computer system that monitors all vessel traffic in the Delaware Bay and River and plays an essential role in the movement of maritime commerce in the tri state region.
