Аn American blamed Saakashvili for genocide

Journalists of Russian Pervy Kanal (Channel One) television news discovered an extraordinary refugee in Vladikavkaz (North Ossetia).

Joe Mestas is an Аmerican citizen married to Ossetin woman. Не himself was caught up in the fighting in Tshinval. He witnessed georgian troops killing residents and he blamed Georgian leader for genocide and violence.
