Daniel Sheeran Chief Financial Officer, is responsible for managing the financial operations of the firm. These functions include financial reporting, billing, client credit and collections, as well as financial analysis (including profitability) of existing and prospective timekeepers, clients and matters. Mr. Sheeran has been employed in law firm management since 1991, prior to which he worked as a public accountant. He has been active in the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA) and served in various capacities of the Philadelphia Chapter, including secretary and treasurer. Since 2003, Mr. Sheeran has been a member of the Audit and Ethics Committee of Cooper Health Systems in Camden, N.J. He has completed the "Leading Professional Service Firms" program at the Harvard Business School and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Sheeran graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
