The first such study on a major law firm in more than a decade and one of only a handful of law firm case studies in the Harvard Business School curriculum, the study details how we maintained our culture in the face of dramatic change - no matter how much we grow, we continue to place a high value on the diverse viewpoints of our colleagues, and maintain our consensus-based management style. |
