Paralegal, Trial - Minimum of five years of law firm experience with substantial experience in all aspects of complex litigation, including trial preparation and management. Must be proficient in electronic court filing, E-discovery and litigation software and technology tools. Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills are necessary. Individual must be able to work overtime as needed and have the flexibility to travel on occasion when working with attorneys during a trial.

Chicago

Records Coordinator - The right candidate will be responsible for updating the records database and processing requests for file circulation, file creation, file disposition, and maintaining client files housed on-site and at off-site storage. Searching, retrieving and delivering on-site and off-site requests. Making sure incoming materials are filed, indexed, sorted, coded and verified for accuracy and timeliness. Maintaining records center and allocated spaces including conducting scheduled audits to purge and prepare inactive and dormant client materials for off-site storage. Minimum of 3 years' on-the-job related experience necessary to gain an understanding of law office environment, policies and procedures. Must be organized and able to multitask, possess excellent customer service and communication skills (written and oral) and be able to work in a team environment. Ability to use general office equipment (i.e., desktop computer, laptop, phone, copy machine, scanner, printer, etc.). Knowledge of legal records management software preferred, but not required. Must be able to type 35 wpm. Ability to routinely lift, carry, push, pull, slide materials weighing up to 50 lbs.

Houston

Receptionist - The right candidate will be responsible for receiving visitors, calls, vendors and deliveries and directing them to appropriate individual(s) within the firm. Will handle the scheduling of conference rooms and review conference room schedules in order to be knowledgeable of current and future activities. Assists with the ordering of food/beverages for meetings and assists with videoconferencing and set-up and dissembling of AV equipment, as needed. Will also provide back-up secretarial assistance. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Outlook) required.

Philadelphia

Paralegal, Wealth Planning, Philadelphia - The right candidate will be responsible for supporting a wide variety of administrative procedures and processes associated with estate and asset planning. Will coordinate and prepare income tax information and returns for a variety of estate/trust/asset related scenarios. These scenarios include but are not limited to estate planning, settlement of decedents’ estates, inter vivo and testamentary trusts, fiduciary/family related matters, and ownership in partnerships, real estate, stocks and bonds. Will also prepare filing letters for income tax returns; generate tax transmittal documents; review returns for taxes or refunds due; prepare certified and express mail slips; add identifying information on checks paying taxes due; ensure copies of documents completed are appropriately filed and sent to clients.

Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in estates & asset planning. Excellent communication skills (written and oral). Good computer and basic accounting skills. Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate required.

CPA – Tax, Tax Accounting Group - The Tax Accounting Group of Duane Morris LLP provides comprehensive and complex tax, accounting and litigation consulting services as an ancillary business of one of the world's largest law firms. We are currently seeking CPAs with 5-15 years of public accounting experience to join our CPA practice. Successful candidates will perform a wide variety of tax compliance, planning and review activities for high net worth individuals and businesses. CPA required, advanced taxation degree helpful. Successful candidates should be highly technically proficient, self-sufficient and highly motivated. Candidates must possess strong, computer, analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills. Marketing & Business Development Coordinator - The Marketing and Business Development Coordinator will assist marketing and business development managers and attorneys with a variety of marketing and business development activities for the practice, including research, event support, content development, pitches, proposals, and general day-to-day requests. Support reporting and tracking as needed for ongoing projects. Responsiveness, proactivity, detail-orientation, curiosity, ability to remain calm under pressure, and unwavering commitment to client service are mandatory for success in this role. Interested in candidates who have excellent communications skills along with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines either alone or as part of a project team. Must have experience with research tools and possess a strong command of MS Office products and Adobe Acrobat. Experience in law firm or professional services marketing and business development a plus. Prior experience with InterAction a plus. Some light travel will be required. College degree required.

Financial Analyst, Finance - Interested in candidates that have 1-3 years' related corporate finance/accounting experience in a law firm or other professional services firm, along with excellent mathematical/statistical aptitude and superior Excel skills (pivot tables, Vlookup, advanced formulas and macros). Responsibilities will include the following: assisting with the preparation of analyses in areas such as budgeting, profitability, account reconciliations and financial planning; interpreting and applying financial theories and procedures to assigned work projects; assisting in the development of integrated revenue/expense projections, reports and presentations; maintaining business analytics databases of financial information for use in preparing future plans, pricing models, forecasts and budgets; and the preparation of monthly financial reports and profitability statements. A demonstrated ability to work independently, accurately, and in a timely manner along with excellent communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility are crucial. Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.

Software Developer, Information Services - We are seeking a Software Developer for our Philadelphia headquarters to support the design, implementation, testing and maintenance of the software development cycle. This position will be required to communicate with non-technical clients or colleagues for the development of user requirements, systems handover, and training. The right candidate will possess strong object-oriented design and development experience, specifically in the area of J2EE design patterns such as Model View Controller, Command pattern, Session Facade, Data Access Object pattern, etc. Expert knowledge in agile software development methodologies; software development lifecycle and specific programming or scripting languages (e.g., HTML, CSS, Javascript, Java, SQL). HRIS development experience. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to interpret high level technical designs. Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a team environment with strong relationship building skills required.

Business Development Analyst, Marketing & Business Development - This position will support the firm's business development program nationally (and internationally, as assignments require), by analyzing and responding to proposals and writing and maintaining materials that effectively communicate the firm's capabilities, services and solutions for our clients. Materials produced by this position are highly visible and greatly impact the firm. This position interfaces heavily with Marketing and Business Development Managers, and many attorneys throughout the firm. The right candidate will have a bachelor's degree, preferably in English, journalism or communications-oriented discipline. Must also possess experience and knowledge in the area of proposal writing and proposal management. Solid writing background with at least 3-5 years' experience in professional services firms (legal industry a plus). Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills. Superior knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with database applications (InterAction highly desirable).
