Child pornography in Pletnev's computer was the result of his enemies' actions.

Mikhail Pletnev, founder and artistic director of the Russian National Orchestra maintains he is innocent.

We would remind you that, the main evidence consists in fotos and videos found in Pletnev's personal computer, which the police withdrawed when he was arrested. Mr. Pletnev himself says that he does not know how the child pornography appeared in his laptop.

In his opinion, discreditable materials were brought to his house by Traihop Bunhasong - a Thai, who was arrested earlier on suspicion of paedophilia and procuring of children. Pletnev knew this this Thai man to be a good musician, he even payed him money, so that Bunhasong could look after his house in Pattaya while he was abroad.

On Wednesday Pletnev, who was released on $9,000 bail, was oficially charged with the rape of 14-year-old boy. The police hasn't disclosed the details of the case yet.
